Tadala 5mg Tablet contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitor prescribed for erectile dysfunction and, in men, urinary symptoms associated with benign prostatic enlargement. For erectile dysfunction, tadalafil improves blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. It does not produce an erection and does not increase sexual desire. When used for prostate-related symptoms, it relaxes smooth muscles in the prostate and bladder, which may improve urine flow and reduce urgency or urination. The 5mg strength is prescribed once daily, but the correct schedule depends on the patient’s condition, other treatments, and medical history. Take it at the same time each day, with or without food, and never exceed the prescribed dose. Common side effects include headache, flushing, indigestion, blocked nose, back pain, and muscle aches. Tadala must not be taken with nitrate medicines or riociguat because blood pressure may fall dangerously. Seek urgent medical care for chest pain, sudden vision or hearing loss, or an erection lasting longer than four hours.
