Shedd Kid Lotion 50ml is a topical mosquito-repellent lotion formulated for children. It contains 10% IR3535, an insect-repellent ingredient that helps discourage mosquitoes from landing on and biting treated skin. The lotion can be useful during outdoor play, travel, evenings, and mosquito seasons when children may be exposed to bites. Reducing mosquito bites can lower exposure to mosquito-borne illnesses, although no repellent provides complete protection. Apply according to directions printed on the pack and use the smallest amount needed to cover exposed skin. An adult should apply the lotion to a child and should not place it on the child’s hands, around the eyes or mouth, or over cuts, rashes, sunburn, or irritated skin. Do not apply beneath clothing unless the label permits it. Wash treated skin with soap and water after returning indoors, and stop using the product if irritation develops. Shedd Kid Lotion is intended for external use only and should not be swallowed.
