Sandimmun Neoral Capsules 100mg contain ciclosporin, a powerful immunosuppressant used under specialist supervision. The medicine is formulated as a microemulsion, which provides more consistent absorption than conventional Sandimmun formulations. It is prescribed to prevent rejection after organ or bone-marrow transplantation and may also be used for graft-versus-host disease. In selected patients, specialists may prescribe it for severe autoimmune or inflammatory conditions such as uveitis, nephrotic syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, or atopic dermatitis when standard treatment is unsuitable or ineffective.
