San Clear Cream 10g
San Clear Cream 10g is a medicated topical treatment containing hydroquinone 4% and glycolic acid 1%. It is formulated to help reduce melasma, freckles, post-inflammatory marks, and other areas of unwanted hyperpigmentation when recommended by a dermatologist. Hydroquinone decreases the formation of melanin, the pigment responsible for skin colour, while glycolic acid gently exfoliates surface cells and supports more even-looking skin. Apply a thin layer only to the affected area, usually at night or exactly as directed by the doctor. Avoid the eyes, lips, nostrils, broken skin, and surrounding unaffected skin. During treatment, use a broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning and limit unnecessary sun exposure, as sunlight can worsen pigmentation and reduce treatment results. Temporary redness, dryness, peeling, burning, or irritation may occur. Stop using the cream and seek medical advice if severe inflammation, blistering, blue-black darkening, or an allergic reaction develops. Hydroquinone should not be used continuously for prolonged periods without medical review or supervision. Consult a dermatologist before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on sensitive skin, or alongside retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, exfoliating acids, or other potentially irritating skincare products.
