Rigix Tablets 10mg contain cetirizine dihydrochloride, an antihistamine used to relieve allergy symptoms. Each tablet contains 10mg of cetirizine. It helps reduce sneezing, a runny nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itching associated with hives. Cetirizine works by blocking histamine, a substance the body releases during an allergic reaction. Other possible side effects include dry mouth, headache and tiredness.
