The sachet format is convenient for adults and children who have difficulty swallowing capsules. Empty the prescribed quantity into cool or room-temperature water, milk, or soft food, mix gently, and consume immediately. Do not mix it with hot food or drinks because heat can reduce the activity of the probiotic organisms. If taking an antibiotic, keep the interval recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Quatic does not replace oral rehydration solution in diarrhoea.
