Ospamox Suspension 250mg/5ml contains amoxicillin, a penicillin-type antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections. Amoxicillin works by preventing bacteria from forming cell walls, allowing the body to clear the infection. It does not treat viral illnesses such as colds or flu.
