Neo-Pyrolate IV Injection contains Glycopyrrolate 0.5mg and Neostigmine Methyl Sulphate 2.5mg in each 1ml ampoule. It is a prescription hospital-use injection commonly used after surgery to reverse residual non-depolarizing neuromuscular blockade caused by muscle relaxants used during anesthesia. Neostigmine helps restore muscle activity by increasing acetylcholine action, while Glycopyrrolate helps reduce unwanted muscarinic effects such as excessive secretions, slow heart rate, and other cholinergic reactions. This combination is given by intravenous injection only and must be administered by a doctor, anesthetist, or trained healthcare professional with proper monitoring. Possible side effects may include dry mouth, blurred vision, difficulty urinating, nausea, vomiting, headache, weakness, changes in heart rhythm, increased secretions, or breathing-related issues.
