Linxara Tablet 100mg
Linxara 100mg Tablet contains linzagolix, an oral gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) receptor antagonist used under specialist supervision to manage moderate to severe symptoms of uterine fibroids in adult women of reproductive age. It may also be prescribed for symptomatic endometriosis in women who have previously received medical or surgical treatment. Linzagolix reduces the release of hormones that stimulate ovarian estrogen production, helping decrease heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, pressure, and other related symptoms. Take Linxara exactly as directed by a gynecologist, usually once daily, with or without food. Treatment plans may differ depending on the condition, response, duration, and whether hormonal add-back therapy is required. Common side effects can include hot flushes, headache, mood changes, reduced libido, vaginal dryness, and changes in menstrual bleeding. Long-term estrogen reduction may decrease bone mineral density, so monitoring may be necessary. Linxara must not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Patients should inform their doctor about osteoporosis, liver disease, unexplained vaginal bleeding, or medicines they are currently taking. Do not start, stop, or change the dose without specialist medical advice during the prescribed treatment period.
