Ignite Tablets 50mg contain itopride hydrochloride, a gastrointestinal prokinetic agent prescribed to relieve symptoms associated with delayed stomach emptying and functional dyspepsia. Itopride improves digestive movement by increasing the activity of acetylcholine and blocking dopamine D2 receptors within the gastrointestinal tract. This action helps food move through the stomach more efficiently and may reduce uncomfortable fullness after meals, upper abdominal discomfort, bloating, nausea, heartburn, poor appetite, and early satiety. Ignite controls symptoms related to impaired gastrointestinal motility but does not treat every cause of persistent abdominal discomfort. The tablet is generally taken before meals; however, the dose, frequency, and duration must be determined by a doctor according to the patient’s symptoms and medical history. Swallow it with water and take it consistently for the prescribed period. Inform your doctor about liver or kidney problems, gastrointestinal bleeding, obstruction, or perforation before starting treatment.
