Fezlon 45mg Tablet contains fezolinetant, a non-hormonal prescription treatment used to reduce moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms associated with menopause, commonly known as hot flashes and night sweats. It works by blocking neurokinin B activity at NK3 receptors in the brain’s temperature-control centre, helping restore more stable body-temperature regulation. Unlike hormone replacement therapy, Fezlon does not contain estrogen or other hormones, making it a treatment option that a doctor may consider for suitable women experiencing troublesome menopausal symptoms. The tablet is generally taken once daily, at approximately the same time, with or without food. Swallow it whole and follow the exact duration prescribed by your doctor. Liver function tests are required before treatment and at scheduled intervals because fezolinetant can cause serious liver injury.
