Exonex 0.3% Eye Drops 5ml

Exonex 0.3% Eye Drops contain ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the eye. Ofloxacin works by blocking bacterial enzymes needed for DNA replication and repair, stopping bacteria from multiplying and helping clear the infection. Doctors may prescribe Exonex for bacterial conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, or other eye infections caused by susceptible organisms. Use these drops only for the infection and duration prescribed by an eye specialist. Wash your hands, tilt your head back, pull down the lower eyelid, and instil the prescribed number of drops without touching the bottle tip. Complete the treatment course if symptoms improve, as stopping early may cause infection to return and contribute to antibiotic resistance. Do not use for viral, fungal, or allergy-related eye conditions. Temporary burning, stinging, blurred vision, dryness, redness, tearing, or eye discomfort may occur after application. Avoid driving until vision becomes clear. Contact lenses should not be worn during an eye infection. Seek prompt medical attention for worsening pain, swelling, redness, persistent discharge, vision changes, rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulty. Do not share the bottle with anyone.
