Evokalm 25mg Tablet contains quetiapine, an atypical antipsychotic prescribed for conditions such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Depending on the diagnosis and treatment plan, quetiapine may help manage hallucinations, unusual beliefs, mood changes, agitation, or depressive episodes. It works mainly by modifying the activity of dopamine and serotonin, chemical messengers involved in mood, behaviour, and perception. The 25mg strength is often used when starting treatment or adjusting a dose, but its purpose and schedule must always be determined by a doctor. Evokalm may be taken with or without food at the same time each day. Swallow the tablet with water and do not change the dose or stop suddenly, as this may cause withdrawal symptoms or a return of symptoms.
