Doltee Teething Drop

Doltee Teething Drops are a topical oral preparation intended to provide temporary relief from gum discomfort associated with teething in infants. The formulation contains lignocaine, methyl salicylate, phenyl carbinol, and menthol. Lignocaine produces a temporary numbing effect, while menthol provides a cooling sensation that may help soothe tender gums. Because this product contains active numbing and pain-relieving ingredients, it must be used only in the exact amount and frequency recommended by a paediatrician or stated on the approved packaging. Apply carefully to the affected gum area using clean hands, without allowing the dropper tip to touch the mouth or another surface. Do not exceed the recommended quantity, apply repeatedly, or combine it with other products containing lignocaine or salicylates unless advised by a doctor. Excessive use or accidental swallowing may cause serious adverse effects. Stop use and seek medical advice if the baby develops unusual sleepiness, difficulty swallowing or breathing, bluish skin, vomiting, rash, facial swelling, or persistent irritation. Teething does not normally cause high fever, severe diarrhoea, or marked illness; these symptoms require medical assessment. Keep the bottle securely away from children.
