Dolgina Capsules 60mg
Dolgina Capsules 60mg contain dexlansoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor used to reduce excessive acid production in the stomach. It is commonly prescribed for healing erosive esophagitis, maintaining the healing of the oesophagus, and relieving heartburn associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Dexlansoprazole blocks the proton pumps responsible for releasing acid into the stomach. By reducing acid levels, it helps relieve burning behind the chest, sour-tasting regurgitation, throat irritation, and discomfort caused by acid reflux. Dolgina uses a delayed-release formulation that provides prolonged acid control. Take the capsule exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily. It may generally be taken with or without food; however, follow the specific instructions provided by your physician. Swallow the capsule whole without crushing or chewing it. Common side effects include headache, nausea, abdominal discomfort, diarrhoea, gas, or vomiting. Long-term or unnecessary use of proton pump inhibitors may increase the risk of vitamin B12 deficiency, low magnesium, bone fractures, kidney problems, or certain intestinal infections. Use the lowest effective dose for the duration recommended by your doctor and seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.
