Dapazin Tablet 10mg contains Dapagliflozin, an oral anti-diabetic medicine belonging to the sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitor class. It is primarily used to help control high blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus, along with a suitable diet and regular physical activity. Dapagliflozin works by reducing the reabsorption of glucose in the kidneys. This allows excess glucose to pass out of the body through urine, helping lower blood sugar levels.
