Cow & Gate Almiron Infant Formula Milk Powder 400g is a lactose-free, nutritionally complete formula developed for the dietary management of lactose intolerance in infants. It may be suitable from birth when breastfeeding is not possible or is insufficient, but it should only be used under the guidance of a pediatrician or healthcare professional. The formula provides protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and DHA to support growth and nutritional needs during infancy. Its lactose-free composition may help infants who have difficulty digesting lactose, including temporary lactose intolerance following digestive illness. However, lactose intolerance is different from cow’s milk protein allergy. This product may still contain milk proteins and should not be used for a diagnosed milk-protein allergy unless specifically recommended by a doctor. Prepare each feed according to the instructions printed on the pack. Use freshly boiled water cooled to the stated temperature, sterilized feeding equipment, and the supplied scoop. Feed immediately, discard unfinished formula, and never alter the powder-to-water ratio. Keep the container closed in a cool, dry place and use within the period stated after opening.
