Coversyl Plus Tablets 4/1.25mg contain a combination of Perindopril 4mg and Indapamide 1.25mg, used to help control high blood pressure. Perindopril belongs to a group of medicines called ACE inhibitors, which help relax and widen blood vessels so the heart can pump blood more easily. Indapamide is a thiazide-like diuretic that helps remove extra salt and water from the body, supporting better blood pressure control.
