COSTIO-D 20 Tablets are a bone health supplement containing calcium, vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc and vitamin K2. Calcium helps maintain normal bones and teeth, while vitamin D supports the absorption of calcium. Magnesium and zinc contribute to normal body functions, and vitamin K helps maintain normal bones. Together, these nutrients can help support nutritional needs when diet alone does not provide enough. Take COSTIO-D according to the directions on your pack or your healthcare professional’s advice. Taking calcium supplements with food may help reduce stomach discomfort.
