To use a strip, insert its grey end into the Contour TS meter. Wash and dry your hands, obtain a blood drop using a suitable lancing device, then touch the strip's sample tip to the drop until the meter beeps. Read and record the result according to your monitoring plan. Use a new strip for every test and dispose of used supplies safely. Keep strips in their original container, close the lid promptly and follow the storage instructions on the packaging. Check the expiry date before use.
