Clinda Capsules 300mg
Clinda 300mg Capsules contain clindamycin, a lincosamide antibiotic prescribed for susceptible bacterial infections. It works by binding to bacterial ribosomes and preventing the production of proteins required for bacterial growth. Doctors may use Clinda for certain infections affecting the skin and soft tissues, bones and joints, teeth, lungs, abdomen, or female reproductive tract, depending on laboratory findings and clinical assessment. It does not treat viral illnesses such as influenza or the common cold. Take each capsule exactly at the prescribed times and complete the full course even if symptoms improve, because stopping early can allow infection to return and encourage antibiotic resistance. Swallow it with a full glass of water and remain upright for at least 30 minutes to reduce throat irritation. Clindamycin can cause serious antibiotic-associated diarrhoea, including Clostridioides difficile infection, during treatment or even weeks afterward. Contact a doctor promptly if watery or bloody diarrhoea, severe abdominal cramps, or fever develops, and do not self-treat diarrhoea. Inform your doctor about previous colitis, liver or kidney problems, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and all other treatments before starting treatment with Clinda
