Cipesta Tablets 500mg contain Ciprofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat different bacterial infections. It works by stopping the growth and multiplication of bacteria, helping the body control the infection. Cipesta may be prescribed for infections of the urinary tract, respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, skin and soft tissues, bones, joints, ear, sinus, and certain genital infections. It is not effective against viral infections such as flu or common cold. Cipesta 500mg should be taken only on a doctor’s advice, in the exact dose and duration prescribed.
