Cargrel Tablet 90mg

Cargrel Tablet 90mg

Cargrel Tablets 90mg contain ticagrelor, an antiplatelet medicine that helps prevent blood cells called platelets from clumping together. It may be prescribed after a heart attack or another acute heart condition, including after placement of a coronary stent, to reduce the risk of further blood clots. Your doctor may prescribe it alongside low-dose aspirin as part of your treatment plan. Take Cargrel exactly as prescribed and at the times your doctor specifies. Do not stop taking it without medical advice, particularly if you have a stent, because stopping early can increase the risk of a serious clot. Tell your doctor and dentist that you take Cargrel before any procedure. Ask a pharmacist before taking pain relievers or other medicines that may increase bleeding risk. You may bruise or bleed more easily while taking ticagrelor. Shortness of breath can also occur; report new or troublesome symptoms to your doctor. Seek urgent medical care for bleeding that will not stop, black stools, vomiting blood or severe breathing difficulty. Tell your doctor if you have a history of bleeding or are taking another blood thinner.
