Aptamil Comfort Stage 1 is a nutritionally complete infant formula for babies from birth to six months who experience colic, constipation, or digestive discomfort. It is a food for special medical purposes and should be used only under the supervision of a paediatrician or healthcare professional. Its formulation contains partially hydrolysed whey protein for easier digestion, reduced lactose to help limit gas and abdominal discomfort, and a patented scGOS/lcFOS prebiotic blend that supports healthy gut bacteria. A tailored fat blend containing beta-palmitate may help promote softer stools, while added starch gives the formula a thicker consistency. Aptamil Comfort Stage 1 is not suitable for infants with confirmed cow’s-milk protein allergy and may contain milk, fish, and soya ingredients. Prepare every feed using the exact water-to-powder ratio printed on the pack. Wash hands, sterilise feeding equipment, use the supplied scoop, and discard unfinished formula promptly. Breast milk remains the recommended nutrition for infants.
