Adapco Forte Gel 15g contains adapalene, a topical retinoid used for the treatment of acne vulgaris. It works by regulating skin-cell turnover, preventing dead cells from blocking pores, and reducing the formation of blackheads, whiteheads, and pimples. Regular use can help clear acne, prevent new breakouts, and improve the texture of acne-prone skin. Improvement usually develops gradually, and acne may appear worse during the initial weeks as blocked pores begin to clear. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin, usually once daily at night or as advised by a dermatologist. Avoid applying large amounts, as this will not produce faster results and may increase irritation. Dryness, redness, peeling, burning, or stinging can occur, particularly during the first few weeks. Use a gentle cleanser, non-comedogenic moisturizer, and sunscreen while receiving treatment.
