Accu-Chek Performa 25 Test Strips are designed for self-monitoring of blood glucose when used with a compatible Accu-Chek Performa meter. Each strip requires only a 0.6 microlitre blood sample and can provide a result in five seconds, helping users check glucose levels at home or while travelling. The capillary-fill design draws blood into the strip after the sample touches its edge, making testing simple and controlled. Before testing, wash and dry your hands. Insert a strip into the meter, obtain a blood drop with a lancing device, and apply it as directed in the meter manual. Use every strip once only and dispose of it safely after testing. Keep the container closed immediately after removing a strip because heat, humidity, and contamination can affect performance. These strips are intended only for compatible Performa-series meters and should not be used with Accu-Chek Active, Instant, or Guide devices. Never use expired, damaged, wet, or previously used strips. If a reading does not match your symptoms, repeat the test with a fresh strip and contact a healthcare professional before making treatment decisions
